Healthy Lunch Box Ideas
Here are some simple ideas for your child's lunch.
Change the Bread – Tortilla wraps are a great idea - you can roll in some salad and meat then slice into wonderful multicolored circles. Very attractive and great fun to make and eat.
Salad Fun – Make some plate faces or animals using cut up vegetables - corn kernels, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots; add some sliced turkey, chicken or ham.
Cookie Cutters– You can cut sandwiches into neat shapes or simply cut slices of cheese or ham.
Dip It – Try cut apple wedges and serve with a fruit dip or yogurt.
