Join North Country Kids in helping our kids get a great start on a life long love of learning and new experiences! North Country Preschool Academy offers two great preschool programs to fit your active, exploring, creative kid.
These programs are carefully planned to engage and enrich—as well as giving the kids time to ‘be a kid’!
The 'Bright Tikes' 3 year old preschool program offers:
~A play and theme based developmentally appropriate curriculum.
~Quality programming 2.5 hours per day, two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Two sessions: morning (8:30-11:00 a.m.) or afternoon (12:30- 3:00p.m.).
~A limited enrollment and individualized attention from two qualified and experienced teachers.
~An environment that nurtures the development of basic self-help skills.
~Creative music and movement daily.
~Arts and crafts, math, science, literacy, and dramatic play experiences daily.
~Introduction to authors, illustrators, characters and story content, as well as beginning print awareness.
~Beginning Spanish language.
~Monthly cooking activities.
~Classroom visitors and field trips.
