Summer Literacy Celebration

This expanded program for 3-5 year olds during the summer months is a very special program for children who are starting to love books and who are able to enjoy small project activities. Miss Wendy will be providing an opportunity for groups of up to 6 children to work in her classroom with her for one hour each week on special reading immersion activities. There will be puppets, games, creative projects, storytelling and opportunities to share books. This is a unique opportunity and we are sure it will be great fun for all those involved!

Class sessions are limited to six children per session.  Sessions offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from either 9-9:45 a.m. or 12:30 – 1:15 p.m.  Come for one or for them all!  $15 per session; please call ahead to reserve a spot.

Summer Jamboree Camp

Come and celebrate the summer in  Harbor Springs with North Country Kids – we will be having good outdoor and  indoor fun in a friendly atmosphere.

Your children will be able to keep fit, team play, make crafts and learn new skills as we focus on creativity, leadership and health. They will explore all the fun of Harbor Springs and share in the joys of summer living with daily picnics and weekly trips. We will spend time each afternoon working on a summer memory book. We will have one weekly ‘out and about’ special visit that will be linked to our theme for the week.

This will be a Summer Jamboree Camp experience like no other and we are really looking forward to seeing all the wonderful new friendships that will be made. Come and join the fun for a few weeks, occasional days or for the summer. Children will all be given a special camp T-shirt on their first day.
